Since a young age, Jang Geu Rae (Im Si Wan) trained to become a professional Go player, but because of his tough financial situation, he eventually fell short and quit Go. Returning to the regular working world after years of immersing himself in Go, he finds himself underqualified and disconnected from society. Through connections, he manages to land an internship at the One International corporation and joins Sales Team 3, led by hot-headed team chief Oh Sang Sik (Lee Sung Min) who refuses to bend to office politics. Geu Rae sticks out like a sore thumb among the other interns with elite credentials. All he wants is a chance, but he encounters numerous spirit-deflating obstacles due to others' belittling and his own lack of essential skills. With the help of his teammates and fellow newbies Ahn Young Yi (Kang So Ra), Jang Baek Ki (Kang Ha Neul) and Han Suk Ryul (Byun Yo Han), Geu Rae gradually learns the ropes and comes into his own amid the colorful and contentious goings-on of One International, where every day is a new battle.
