The Korean Central Intelligence Agency (KCIA) obtains intel about a North Korean spy known as Donglim hidden in the organization. Park Pyong Ho (Lee Jung Jae) and Kim Jung Do (Jung Woo Sung) from the KCIA's Foreign and Domestic Units are keen to weed out the mole. They fight and confront each other while rushing to catch the spy, but each has his own hidden agenda that is connected to a plan to assassinate the President.
