Coin Locker Girl also co-stars new-generation actors Park Bo Gum and Go Kyung Pyo of Answer Me 1988 fame.Abandoned in a coin locker as a baby, Il Young (Kim Go Eun) was saved by a beggar, raised in the streets, then sold off to "Mother" (Kim Hye Su), the cold and calculating leader of a Chinatown-based crime ring. Groomed to do all manners of dirty work, by age 18 Il Young is a seasoned criminal and the heir apparent to Mother's ragtag gang. She begins to have a change of heart, however, after meeting and falling for Seok Hyun (Park Bo Gum), the son of a debtor.
