Soulmate Blu-ray English Subtitled Korea Version

Based on a novella by Qing Shan, the 2016 Chinese film Soul Mate followed the complex friendship and emotional journeys of two women from adolescence to adulthood. The award-winning film starring Zhou Dongyu and Sandra Ma has now been remade in Korea with Kim Da Mi (The Witch) and Jeon So Nee (Jo Pil-Ho: The Dawning Rage) in the leading roles. Directed by Min Yong Geun (Re-encounter), the Korean version of Soulmate again paints a stirring portrait of two young women's growth, friendship and changes as life takes them in different directions.

In 1998, Mi So (Kim Da Mi) and Ha Eun (Jeon So Nee) met for the first time. In the ensuing years, the two friends of different personalities would grow up and reach various crossroads in their lives and relationship, sometimes together and sometimes apart. In 2004, they experience first love. In 2010, they embark on separate paths. In 2014, feelings of remembrance and longing tie their stories back together.
